The Village of Wausaukee is in a prime location in the heart of Marinette County, surrounded by vast tracts of public land and scenic waterfalls, lakes, streams, forests, and rolling hills. Its location in northeast Wisconsin, allows for a diversity of year round activities including hunting, fishing, boating, ATV and snowmobile riding, hiking, and camping.

ATV/UTV’S & SNOWMOBILES
The Wausaukee area is best known for its proximity to an extensive network of groomed ATV (all-terrain vehicle) trails. Marinette County boasts of over 200 miles of trails maintained by five ATV clubs. ALL VILLAGE STREETS are open to ATV/UTV’s!
Snowmobiles are permitted along designated routes and trails in the Village. Please refer to Ordinance 10-3-7 for a detailed listing of the designated routes.
