PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, immediately following the Plan Commission Public Hearing at 5:00 PM at the Wausaukee Village Hall, 704 Main Street, Wausaukee, Wisconsin, the Village of Wausaukee Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider a variance request by Charlie De Smidt in the B-2, Highway Commercial Zoning District for a twelve (12) foot setback reduction for a proposed mini storage development. The proposed development is located at 170 Highway 180, Village of Wausaukee, Wisconsin. The tax parcels are described as 191-00618.003 and 191-00618.005, Village of Wausaukee, Wisconsin.
The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.
