PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at 5:00 PM at the Wausaukee Village Hall, 704 Main Street, Wausaukee, Wisconsin, the Village of Wausaukee Plan Commission will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering a request for a Conditional Use Permit in the B-2, Highway Commercial Zoning District to accommodate a commercial use described as a mini-storage development proposal. The proposed use is located at 170 Highway 180, Village of Wausaukee, Wisconsin. The tax parcels are described as 191-00618.003 and 191-00618.005, Village of Wausaukee, Wisconsin.
The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend.
