PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at 6:00 PM at the Village Hall, 428 Harrison Avenue, Wausaukee, WI, the Village of Wausaukee Plan Commission will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering a request by Charlie De Smidt II for a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone a 6.48 acre area consisting of all of tax parcels 191-00618.003 and 191-00618.005 from R-1 Single Family Residential District and Woodlands/Natural Area to B-2 Highway Commercial District. The subject property consists of all of tax parcels 191-00618.003 and 191-00618.005, being part of the Southwest ¼ of the Southeast ¼, Section 36, Township 34 North, Range 20 East, Village of Wausaukee, Marinette County, Wisconsin; generally located north of State Highway 180 and east of Cedar Street.
The hearing is open to the public and all interested parties are encouraged to attend. Interested parties may give oral testimony. Written comments may also be submitted to the Village of Wausaukee at 428 Harrison Avenue, PO Box 475, Wausaukee, WI 54177.
All application materials may be viewed at the Village of Wausaukee Village Hall during normal business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
