Vendors Wanted for 4th of July Celebration Downtown Wausaukee

Due to COVID-19, our usual festivities are not taking place this year at Steve Stumbris Sr. Memorial Park.  HOWEVER, the Wausaukee Business Association has decided to put together afternoon festivities in our downtown following the parade at 1 pm!  There will be music on Tyler Avenue (Chippewa Bar), food, and a bean bag toss tournament.  We understand this is last minute, but with all the cancellations in the surrounding area, we’re hoping that many of you can attend.  There will be NO CHARGE for your space(s).  Please click here to download the vendor application.

Hope to see you there!

Parade and Fireworks Scheduled for 4th of July

The Village would like to clear up any misinformation that may be circulating regarding the 4th of July festivities.

The Independence Day parade IS going to take place at 1 pm on Saturday, July 4th! Get your floats ready!! We are still in need of veterans to lead the parade with our American Flag. If you or anyone you know is willing to march, please let us know!

The always incredible fireworks display by Joker Fireworks is also ON AT DUSK at Steve Stumbris Sr. Memorial Park (ballfield) on Fairgrounds Road!

The celebration at the ballfield (in between the parade and fireworks), however, has been cancelled by the Rec Association due to COVID-19 concerns.

(We ask that those in attendance at the parade/fireworks be mindful of the social distancing guidelines set forth by the CDC.)
